The lever-actuated system has one neutral and four resistance positions when used on the XL150S XL150SC and XL125RC and on the XL125S it has 1 neutral and 3 resistance positions. The machined aluminum roller arms and lever make it very light and strong while nylon rollers and bushings reduce noise. Dual bearings ensure solid contact with the wheels and it works well in both wet and dry conditions. The lever actuated system is easy to engage for increased training resistance or for slowing the skis when negotiating moderately steep downhill’s. For steep terrain we recommend the use of a brake.
